The GOST 24866-2014 standard applies to glued double-glazed windows (hereinafter referred to as double-glazed windows) intended for glazing translucent structures: window and door blocks, partitions, skylights, glass roofs, facade systems, etc. in buildings and structures for various purposes, as well as for others goals. The standard does not apply to double-glazed windows with polymer films in the space between the panes (a special polymer film for the formation of closed air or gas chambers inside the double-glazed window).

This Standard may be used for certification testing and conformity assessment purposes.
