This document establishes the requirements for specialists in the field of non-destructive testing (NDT) and the procedure (procedures) for its certification in the Non-destructive testing system formed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 241 dated March 28, 2001 "On measures to ensure industrial safety of hazardous production objects on the territory of the Russian Federation".
