Visual measuring set VIK for non-destructive testing by visual and measuring method. The kit is intended:
- for visual inspection of the base material, welded joints, surfacing, etc .;
- for measuring the shape and size of products and welded joints, angular and linear values of semi-finished products, parts, assembly units, welded joints, products, as well as surface defects;
- for measuring structural elements, the shape and size of edges, the gaps of joints assembled for welding, as well as the dimensions of the welds made;
- during technical diagnosis during the operation of products in accordance with the requirements of the drawings, regulatory and technical documents.
The kit meets the requirements of RD 03-606-03 "Instructions for visual and measuring control", enforced by order of the GGTN of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2003 No. 156, as well as the unified method PNAE G-7-016-89 "Visual and measuring control ". The tools for visual and measuring control included in the VIC kit at the time of delivery meet the requirements of TU and GOST.
