Ordering devices and means of NDT

Orders for the supply of instruments and means of non-destructive testing are accepted on the site around the clock, seven days a week. Order processing and telephone consultations are carried out from 9:00 to 17:30 on weekdays.

The buying process consists of the following steps.

Placing items in the cart

In the process of viewing the catalog of equipment for placing goods in the basket, you must click on the "Buy" button next to the price of the required set of goods. Repeated placing of the same item in the cart will increase its quantity in the cart.

To view the contents of your shopping cart, you can click the Cart button at the top of the screen.

Changing the contents of the shopping cart

To change the number of products in the basket, enter the required number and click  the Recalculate button. You can remove an item from the cart by clicking the Remove button.

In the shopping cart, you can view the total order amount, price and quantity of each item, quickly open a detailed description of the item, and complete the checkout process.

Registration of order

Before proceeding to this stage, you will need to go through

• authorization, if you have not yet logged in to the site,
• quick registration, if you are not registered on the site yet.

If during registration you entered insufficient information to place an order, a request will be displayed.

If you are logged in and there is enough information for ordering, the following will be displayed:

• content of the entire order;
• the parameter of the need for delivery and the approximate cost of delivery, which can be changed after reviewing the order (more about delivery);
• information about you that will be used for registration.

After clicking the «Finish registration» button, the order will be generated.

Order payment

After processing the order and agreeing on all the details, the status of the order will be "pending payment".

In this case, an invoice (for legal entities) or a receipt for payment (for individuals) will be sent to your mail. The same documents can be downloaded from the Order List. For individuals, the "Pay" button will be available - to pay for the order with a bank card (more details).

Payment for goods for legal entities is carried out only by bank transfer. For individuals - by bank card.

ATTENTION!

The invoice issued automatically through the website can be paid only after confirmation by the manager by phone or e-mail that the goods are in stock.

The account is valid for payment within three banking days. In case of payment after 3 days, «EXPERT NK» LLC does not bear any obligations on the delivery time.
